Corporate event photographer in Paris
Conferences, seminars, conventions, company parties. Coverage that goes unnoticed during the event, and a first selection within 48 hours.
Most corporate reportages look the same: a run of stage shots, a few staged handshakes, and a folder of 800 files nobody will ever open. The problem is not the technique, it is the method. An event should be photographed as it is lived, not as we wish it had gone.
I work by observation: I know the run of show, I know where to look, and I stay out of the way. What comes out are the attentive faces, the corridor conversations, the speaker three seconds before going on stage. Images that look like your company rather than a stock library.
Based in Paris, working in English, across the Paris region at no extra cost and anywhere in France or abroad on quote. More than 200 events covered since 2019.
What gets covered
Conferences and seminars
Keynotes, breakout sessions, the informal moments in between. Coverage follows the full day, from arrivals to the closing drinks, so your internal communications have more to work with than three stage shots.
Conventions and trade shows
Booth, talks, meetings, award moments. The format demands reactivity: many short moments, rarely favourable lighting, and speakers who will not do it twice.
Company parties and award nights
Cocktails, gala dinners, team celebrations. The light is low and the atmosphere matters more than clinical sharpness, so the result stays warm rather than frozen by flash.
Team portraits on site
A light studio set up during the event means you leave with consistent portraits of your people. It is the most efficient hour of the day: everyone is already there, already dressed for it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you speak English?
Yes. Briefings, on-site coordination and delivery are handled in English, which matters when your team flies in for two days and nobody has time for a language barrier.
How much does a corporate event photographer in Paris cost?
It depends on how long the coverage runs and how many images you need. A half-day seminar and an evening gala require different time on site and different editing work. You get a firm quote after we discuss the run of show, with no travel fee inside Paris and no extra charge for usage rights.
When do we get the photos?
A selection of 10 to 15 edited images within 48 hours, so your communications team can publish while the event is still current. The full edited gallery follows within 15 days.
What usage rights are included?
All company uses: website, social media, presentations, internal communications, press relations and print. No time limit, no renegotiation. The only use excluded by default is large-scale paid advertising, which we discuss case by case.
Do you travel outside Paris?
Yes. Anywhere in the Paris region at no extra cost, and anywhere in France or abroad on quote. Off-site seminars and international conventions are part of the regular workload.
How do you work during the event?
From the background. The goal is that people forget the camera: no staging, no flash in anyone's face, no interruption of the speakers. Key moments are agreed in advance from the run of show, then captured as they happen rather than re-enacted afterwards.
